Job summary

Nordex SE in the United States is seeking an Operations Project Manager to drive execution readiness for wind projects. You will lead cross-functional planning across Safety, Logistics, Quality and Construction to ensure smooth handover to the Construction team for execution.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong communication, budgeting knowledge, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with the full life cycle of power projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Willingness to drive as an essential function.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all departments in the value chain: Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction and Commissioning.
• Update weekly project execution readiness template with deadlines, progress and alarms.
• Maintain weekly/monthly execution readiness KPI dashboard.
• Perform Execution Readiness tasks for Construction until site team is identified.
• Serve as the link between PMEPC and Nacelles and Blades GLFs via the PCT department.
• Provide offsite support to projects in execution as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
