Job summary

Nordex SE in North America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end wind project execution in the US and Canada, coordinating Commercial Project Management, Site, Engineering, Logistics, and Service to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and margin.

You will mentor project teams, interface with customers and contractors, manage risk, change, and documentation, and drive successful handovers from sales through project completion and handover to Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in complex energy or large-scale construction projects.
• 8+ years in wind project management.
• Experience with customer governance, contract administration, and financial forecasting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance across the full lifecycle from sales handover to service.
• Own integrated project performance balancing safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Serve as primary customer interface with executives and contractors.
• Establish project controls: schedule, milestones, risk registers.
• Coordinate contractual obligations and change orders with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Nordex QHSE policies and regulatory requirements.
