Job summary

Nordex SE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end wind project execution in the United States and Canada. You will drive governance across the full lifecycle, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary interface with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

You will coordinate cross-functional solutions, ensure HSE and quality priorities, and mentor junior project managers. Occasional travel to project sites and customer offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex energy, infrastructure, or large-scale wind projects in North America.
• Strong commercial and contractual discipline with proven governance.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end wind project execution governance across the lifecycle, including handovers and commissioning.
• Own integrated project performance balancing HSE, quality, schedule, cost, and cash collection.
• Serve as primary customer interface with executives, owners, engineers, and contractors.
• Establish and maintain project controls: schedule, milestones, risks, and documentation governance.
• Coordinate technical solutions with Engineering and global functions; escalate issues with options and recommendations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance per Nordex policies and local requirements.
• Mentor and coach project teams on governance, risk, and lean execution.
• Travel to project sites, customer offices, and Nordex offices as required.
