Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality management across wind-energy projects in North America. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure deliveries meet customer specifications and Nordex quality standards.

The role emphasizes preventing quality issues, coordinating audits, and driving continuous improvement, while supporting handover to operations and maintenance teams. A global energy leader offers safety-focused culture and career growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in Project Quality/Construction/Manufacturing roles.
Experience with ISO 9001, APQP or similar.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Willingness to travel North America and internationally.
OSHA/ANSI safety awareness and passport.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary quality representative for customers throughout project execution.
Review customer quality requirements during sales, develop Project Quality Plans.
Monitor manufacturing quality deliverables and lead non-conformity resolution.
Coordinate customer audits and manage actions from audits.
Support installation quality activities and project handover.
