Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. seeks a Wellness Specialist to plan and deliver holistic workplace wellness programs across onsite and virtual formats. You will lead engagement efforts, educate employees, and tailor strategies to client cultures while coordinating logistics and partnerships.

role includes coaching, data reporting, and collaboration with regional teams to enhance program impact and participation metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health promotion, public health, or related field.
• Wellness coaching certification or comparable credential preferred.
• Office ergonomic assessment experience and certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in workplace wellness or health promotion.
• Experience in client-facing or regional support roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of onsite and virtual wellness programs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for wellness services at clients.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, and logistics for programs.
• Provide ongoing virtual wellness education and engagement.
• Refer employees to clinical or community resources as needed.
• Track participation, engagement, and program outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional and national wellness teams.
