WorkCare, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Specialist to lead holistic workplace wellness initiatives across client locations. The role integrates onsite engagement, virtual programming, and digital tools to promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well‑being.

You will plan and implement programs, educate employees, coordinate with teams, and adapt strategies to client culture. The position may involve travel and requires strong collaboration with regional wellness staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health promotion, public health, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Wellness coaching certification or comparable credential preferred.
• Office ergonomic assessment experience and certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of workplace wellness, health education, or employee engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite and virtual wellness programs across topics like stress, activity, sleep.
• Serve as primary contact for wellness services at client locations.
• Plan onsite visits, coordinate travel, and ensure high‑quality participant experience.
• Track participation and outcomes using established reporting tools.
• Collaborate with wellness teams to ensure consistency.
