Key duties include greeting guests, coordinating workspace reservations, and maintaining a welcoming reception area while collaborating with other departments to ensure a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a hospitable and welcoming approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) is required.

Responsabilités

• Greet employees and visitors, welcome guests with a positive attitude and hospitality.
• Provide end-to-end hospitality for guests throughout arrival, stay, and departure.
• Assist with workspace reservations using an online tool to maximize space utilization.
• Ensure proper visitor badges and access procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Maintain the reception area to be welcoming and organized.
• Learn and provide information about the office, building, transportation, and local amenities.
• Respond to inquiries via multiple communication channels.
• Stay aware of business activity and share updates with the team.
