Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Welcome Host for the NYC Accenture location. The role focuses on creating a warm, professional atmosphere at the reception, greeting visitors and directing them to meetings, while ensuring a superior guest experience throughout their visit.

You will answer inquiries, provide local information, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain a high-quality environment and smooth office operations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet employees and visitors, welcome visitors with a positive attitude and sense of hospitality. Meet, greet and escort all VIP guests.
• Provide end-to-end hospitality for guests to ensure they are delighted and satisfied during their arrival, throughout their stay, and as they depart.
• Assist with workspace reservations using an online tool to maximize utilization.
• Follow all access procedures and ensure guests have proper visitor badges.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure high quality experience for all guests.
• Prepare and maintain the reception area daily to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Learn and provide information about the office, building, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
• Respond to inquiries via multiple channels of communication.
• Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with your team
