Compass Group USA's Rapport division seeks a Community Ambassador to create a warm, professional welcome for clients, executives, and staff on-site five days a week in NYC. You will deliver top-level service, assist with registrations, space reservations, and visitor access while maintaining a pristine office environment.

The role requires hospitality experience, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required with hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality industry.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Greet employees and visitors and assist with registrations and access control.
• Assist in making space reservations and escort guests throughout the office.
• Ensure cleanliness of all office spaces including conference rooms and kitchen.
• Support events and foster a collaborative environment among teams.
