Compass Group USA, through its Rapport division (FLIK Hospitality Group), is seeking a Welcome Host Accenture NYC to create a warm, professional reception for clients, executives and staff at our New York office. The Welcome Host greets visitors, directs them to meetings and helps ensure a smooth arrival.

You will coordinate workspace reservations, manage access procedures and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and visitors with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
• Meet, greet and escort VIP guests to their appointments.
• Provide end-to-end hospitality for guests during arrival, stay and departure.
• Assist with workspace reservations using online tools to maximize utilization.
• Follow access procedures and ensure guests have proper visitor badges.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
