Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously; seat guests following management's seat assignments.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with coworkers and managers.
• Answer phones and provide guests with information and arrange bookings.
• Clear and reset tables and assist with opening tasks (flowers, door glass, trash) as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests when asked.
• Coat check area: receive, organize, and issue items by ticket.
• May assist with other duties as assigned by restaurant management.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain professional demeanor with all staff.
• Assist staff with service steps to satisfy guests (food delivery).
• Be accessible to staff and guests to answer questions about reservations and guests.
• Follow service steps per training manual and communicate them to staff.
