Compass Group USA, through its Rapport division, seeks a Concierge to create a warm, professional atmosphere for clients, recruits, customers and employees. You will be the first impression, manage the lobby switchboard, and handle visitor registrations with courteous, efficient service.

Essential duties include greeting guests, anticipating needs, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a secure, welcoming environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service / reception role.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Some college is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists guests and visitors.
• Manages switchboard and front desk duties.
• Handles concierge requests and directs inquiries.
• Maintains a clean, professional front desk area.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
