Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale backend services for crypto, web3, and wallet offerings.

You will lead distributed systems, drive on-chain integrations, and ensure correctness as customer assets move continuously across systems worldwide. The role focuses on Robinhood Wallet, Tokenization, and decentralized infrastructure, requiring strong leadership, system design, and hands-on blockchain familiarity.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining distributed systems.
• Backend development with Go, Python, or Java and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong system design and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience with correctness-critical systems and financial reconciliation.
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Interest or hands-on experience with blockchain fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and operate scalable distributed systems and backend services.
• Bridge traditional finance infrastructure with on-chain systems, including smart contracts and trade flows.
• Provide technical leadership on large-scale, ambiguous engineering initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Security to define technical roadmaps and deliver solutions.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for reliability and observability across teams.
