Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in backend development using Go, Python, or Java.
• Strong grasp of system design, data modeling, and fundamentals.
• Care for correctness‑critical systems where money is at stake.
• Strong ownership mindset with end‑to‑end delivery in cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in blockchain fundamentals or willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services and infrastructure across Wallet, Tokenization, and Web3 platforms.
• Bridge traditional market infrastructure with on‑chain systems, including smart contracts and DEX flows.
• Develop product features meeting strict correctness and scalability standards.
• Identify and implement performance, productivity, and risk‑reduction improvements.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, client, and platform teams plus external partners to deliver solutions.
