Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Personalization Lead Analyst to own the enterprise web personalization strategy for Cisco.com.

You will drive a multi-year roadmap, partner with marketing, data analytics, and technology teams, and orchestrate experimentation to optimize journeys and conversions. The role requires extensive experience in digital marketing and CRO, with hands-on Adobe Target and Analytics.

Qualifications

8+ years in digital marketing, CRO, or web experience optimization, incl. 4+ years enterprise-scale personalization.
Hands-on with Adobe Target for A/B/MVT and audience targeting.
Experience using Adobe Analytics for performance and personalization results.
Experience developing enterprise personalization strategies and experimentation programs.
Translating audience data into targeted, measurable web experiences.

Responsibilities

Own Cisco's enterprise web personalization strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Lead personalization and experimentation using Adobe tools to improve engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Technology teams to create reusable playbooks.
Establish metrics, analyze tests, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Explore AI-driven personalization and real-time decisioning to scale experiences.
