Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing or CRO with at least 4 years in enterprise web personalization.
• Hands-on with Adobe Target and A/B/multivariate testing.
• Experience using Adobe Analytics to analyze performance and results.
• Experience translating audience data into targeted web experiences and optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Cisco's enterprise web personalization roadmap.
• Lead personalization initiatives using Adobe Target and Analytics.
• Partner with Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Technology teams.
