Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Personalization Lead Analyst to own enterprise web personalization across Cisco.com, partnering with Marketing and Technology teams. You will drive experimentation and data-driven experiences at scale to grow engagement and conversions.

You will collaborate across Analytics, Marketing Intelligence and Product teams, building reusable playbooks and scalable frameworks while advancing AI-enabled, real-time personalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing or CRO, with enterprise-scale personalization.
• Hands-on with Adobe Target including A/B/multivariate testing.
• Experience using Adobe Analytics to analyze performance and results.
• Experience creating personalization programs in large organizations.
• Translate audience data into targeted web experiences and optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own Cisco's enterprise web personalization strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead personalization and experimentation using Adobe tools to optimize journeys.
• Partner with analytics and technology teams to convert insights into scalable practices.
• Establish metrics and translate test results into actionable recommendations.
