Job summary
Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Personalization Lead Analyst to shape end-to-end web personalization for Cisco.com. You will own a multi-year roadmap and drive enterprise‑scale experiences that connect customers with relevant solutions.
You will run experiments with Adobe Target and Analytics, partner with Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Technology teams, and turn insights into scalable playbooks and performance improvements across Cisco’s global digital properties.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital marketing or CRO.
- Hands-on Adobe Target with testing.
- Using Adobe Analytics for performance insights.
- Enterprise-scale personalization experience.
- Translate audience data into targeted web experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute Cisco's enterprise web personalization strategy.
- Lead personalization and experimentation with Adobe tools.
- Partner with Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Technology teams.
- Establish performance metrics and translate results into recommendations.
- Advance personalization using AI-driven platforms and real-time decisioning.
