Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to mentor staff, drive project delivery, and expand water resource planning capabilities across diverse markets. You will align initiatives with federal planning standards while fostering knowledge transfer and career growth.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, with PR&G or related federal experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments effectively.
• Good leadership and organizational skills; active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; act as Quality Control lead and technical lead on projects.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to enhance service quality.
• Participate in tactical planning; coordinate with HDR staff to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting activities.
• Collaborate with client-facing and marketing staff; engage on pursuits as lead or team member; drive industry strategies for the technical service area.
