Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10+ years of experience, plus strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

  • Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
  • Leading or supporting standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
  • Engage on specific pursuits as a lead or team member and drive industry-facing strategies.

Education
