Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to drive water resource planning initiatives and lead cross-disciplinary teams. You will mentor staff, manage delivery quality, and collaborate with market sector leaders and clients to advance strategic plans and project success.

The role requires a strong background in plan formulation for federal clients, experience leading multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience.
• Professional registration may be required depending on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities
