Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to partner with the Business Class Director and HDR teams nationwide on water resource planning projects that meet federal standards. You will mentor staff, promote quality delivery, and drive growth across markets in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional registration or licensure may be required by role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support quality delivery and staff coaching within water resource projects.
• Promote standards, best practices, and technical tools for service quality.
