Job summary

HDR is actively seeking a Business Class Lead to mentor teams, shape delivery, and drive market growth within water resource planning. You will collaborate across market sector directors, regional leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects and promote knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as a Quality Control lead and technical lead for projects.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in tactical planning; align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; lead or support recruiting key positions.
• Work with HDR teams, client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
