Job summary

Republic Services in Ohio seeks a Manufacturing and Environmental Services Executive to identify leads, prospect and sell special waste, recycling and MSW services to large manufacturing clients, and to build long-term relationships with existing customers.

You will use the CRM daily, present to key decision makers, and coordinate with leadership to align with strategic goals while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of prior sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year managing large, complex customer accounts.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new manufacturing clients to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to grow existing accounts and renew contracts.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing action plans for waste services.
• Use CRM daily to document activities and build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of services and pricing; upsell where appropriate.
• Meet with leadership to review weekly sales activities.
