The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships and delivering comprehensive waste stream solutions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 4 years of prior sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year managing, selling to and retaining large, complex customer accounts.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new manufacturing customers to meet revenue goals.
• Deliver sales presentations to grow manufacturing accounts and renew contracts.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing action plans.
• Use CRM daily to document activities and build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of services, pricing and opportunities to grow revenue.
• Attend events and build company visibility.
• Coordinate with Director on weekly sales activities.
• Manage collection activities as required.
• Adhere to escalation policy.
