Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect, and sell the full suite of waste and recycling solutions within a defined market outside major metros. You will meet with decision makers, deliver presentations, and close sales while building long-term relationships and coordinating with lead generators and Salesforce.

Success comes from proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and knowledge of pricing and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years direct selling in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business.
• Maintain and retain customers through long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Respond to leads within 2 hours and log follow-ups in Salesforce.
• Perform contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Deliver sales presentations to clients and close deals with decision makers.
• Schedule and conduct cold calls to establish appointments with decision-makers.
