Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect, and sell new and profitable commercial and industrial waste and recycling services in an assigned market outside major metros. You will present solutions, pursue key decision-makers, and close multi-service contracts, including total waste stream management.

You will regularly meet with customers, manage Salesforce activity, and build long-term relationships while expanding revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new, profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Follow up on leads quickly and set next steps in Salesforce.
• Deliver sales presentations and close contracts for all services, including total waste stream management.
• Develop market awareness and competitive insights to grow revenue.
