Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience (Required).
• Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role (Required).
• Waste or service industry experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads, manages prospects and acquires new, profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Follow up on leads quickly and document next steps in CRM.
• Perform contract re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients; close sales.
