Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Manufacturing and Environmental Services Executive in Texas to identify leads, prospect and sell special waste, recycling and solid waste services to large manufacturers. You will build and grow long‑term client relationships, present solutions, and expand revenue across the local market with a focus on total waste stream management.

You will leverage CRM tools daily, stay informed on regulatory issues, and coordinate with divisions to meet revenue targets through

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of prior sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year managing, selling to and retaining large, complex customer accounts.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new, profitable manufacturing customers to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to grow existing manufacturing accounts; renew contracts with cost-efficient pricing.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing action plans in support of goals across waste services.
• Maintain CRM entries and prospect profiles; track activities and reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and conduct proactive retention calls.
• Stay informed on environmental laws and regulations affecting waste disposal.
