Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Warranty Advisor to oversee complex warranty claims and act as the primary client representative throughout the warranty lifecycle. You’ll partner with Reinvestment teams, Facilities & Maintenance Consultants, Lead Advisors, and GCs to resolve issues and improve outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in facilities/construction management with warranty experience, strong PM skills, and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of facilities/construction management with post-construction warranty focus.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors while ensuring client standards.

Responsabilités

• Represent Facilities Management during project warranty transitions.
• Manage warranty support activities from transition through expiration.
• Be primary contact for complex warranty escalations with stakeholders.
• Escalate and resolve urgent warranty issues with internal/external teams.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction, and Vendors for solutions.
• Lead communications among clients, regional teams, and contractors.
• Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to address warranty issues.
• Analyze root causes to identify defects, trends and systemic issues.
• Monitor claim metrics and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and contractual requirements.
