Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Warranty Advisor to oversee complex post-construction warranty claims and act as the primary client representative throughout the warranty lifecycle. This client-facing role partners with Reinvestment, Facilities & Maintenance, Lead Advisors, and General Contractors to resolve issues and improve outcomes.

The role covers warranty transitions through expiration, with travel up to 40% and a focus on timely issue

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in facilities/construction management or warranty management.
• Experience with post-construction quality assurance and warranty processes.
• Able to read and mark up construction drawings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Facilities Management during warranty transitions.
• Manage warranty activities from transition to expiration.
• Serve as primary contact for complex warranty escalations.
• Collaborate with design/engineering/construction/vendor teams to develop corrective solutions.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications and meetings to drive outcomes.
