Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Warranty Advisor to oversee complex post-construction warranty claims and act as the primary client representative through the warranty lifecycle. You will work with Reinvestment, Facilities & Maintenance Consultants, Lead Advisors, and General Contractors to resolve issues and improve operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field
• 5+ years in facilities/construction management
• Experience with post-construction QA or warranty management
• Ability to read/mark up construction drawings

Responsabilidades

• Represent Facilities Management during project warranty transitions
• Manage warranty support activities from transition through warranty expiration
• Serve as primary point of contact for complex post-construction warranty escalations
• Escalate and resolve urgent warranty-related issues with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction, and Vendor teams to develop corrective solutions
• Lead communication and coordination among clients, regional teams, contractors, vendors, and project managers
• Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to address warranty issues
• Analyze root causes of claims to identify recurring defects and trends
• Monitor claim metrics and support process improvements
• Ensure compliance with client standards and contractual requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high service levels
