Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Warranty Advisor to oversee complex post-construction warranty claims and act as the primary client representative through the warranty lifecycle. You will work with Reinvestment teams, Facilities & Maintenance Consultants, Lead Advisors, and General Contractors to resolve issues and improve operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CM/PM/Engineering/Architecture/Business
• 5+ years in facilities/construction management with post-construction warranty focus
• Familiarity with commercial building systems and construction processes
• Strong PM, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience managing contractors and vendors while ensuring client standards
• Ability to read and mark up construction drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, PlanGrid/Forma, and Bluebeam
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to manage stakeholder relationships
• Willingness to travel up to 40%

Responsabilidades

• Represent Facilities Management during project warranty transitions
• Manage warranty support activities from transition through warranty expiration
• Serve as primary contact for complex post-construction warranty escalations
• Escalate and resolve urgent warranty issues with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction and Vendors to develop corrective solutions
• Lead communication and coordination among clients, regional teams, contractors, vendors, and PMs
• Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to address warranty issues
• Analyze root causes to identify recurring defects and trends
• Monitor claim metrics and support process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with client standards and contractual requirements
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Manage multiple priorities with high service levels
