Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Warranty Advisor to oversee complex post-construction warranty claims and act as the primary client representative throughout the warranty lifecycle.

This client-facing role partners closely with Reinvestment teams, Facilities & Maintenance Consultants, Lead Advisors, and General Contractors to resolve issues and drive improvements across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in facilities/construction management with warranty experience.
• Experience reading and marking up construction drawings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Smartsheet, PlanGrid/Forma and Bluebeam.

Aufgaben

• Represent Facilities Management during project warranty transitions.
• Manage warranty support activities from transition through expiration.
• Serve as primary contact for complex post-construction warranty escalations.
• Escalate and resolve urgent warranty issues with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction and Vendors to devise solutions.
• Lead communication among clients, regional teams and contractors.
• Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to address warranty issues.
• Analyze root causes to identify recurring defects and trends.
• Monitor claim metrics and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and contractual requirements.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
