Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is recruiting for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Warranty Advisor to oversee complex post-construction warranty claims and act as the primary client representative throughout the warranty lifecycle. This role partners with Reinvestment teams, Facilities & Maintenance Consultants, Lead Advisors, and General Contractors to resolve issues and improve operations.

The Warranty Advisor will support projects from warranty transition through expiration, driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years in facilities/construction management with post-construction warranty focus.
• Experience reading and marking construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Represent Facilities Management during project warranty transitions.
• Manage warranty support activities from transition through expiration.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex post-construction warranty escalations.
• Escalate and resolve urgent warranty issues with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction and Vendors to develop corrective solutions.
• Lead communication among clients, regional teams, contractors and project managers.
• Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to address warranty issues.
• Analyze root causes to identify trends and systemic issues.
• Monitor claim metrics and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and contractual requirements.
