Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations at our store in Oregon.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, coordinating the freight schedule to match customer and inventory needs. You should have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong math skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure warehouse safety programs and OSHA compliance; train associates on SOPs.
• Handle inquiries and resolve problems; document workflows and reports.
