Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations for our store network in Happy Valley, OR. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators while managing daily freight scheduling to meet customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications

1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
Proficient in basic mathematics and computer skills.
Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs per OSHA regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations.
Prepare activity reports for management.
Resolve discrepancies in shipping paperwork and receiving reports.
