Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, multiple shifts, and large teams. You will provide strategic oversight to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives while ensuring high levels of service for clients.

You will manage labor scheduling, space and equipment, and collaborate with the Operations Manager. Mentoring Supervisors and enforcing SOPs are key parts of the role, with ongoing focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ logistics/distribution experience.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across shifts and teams.
• Schedule labor and manage space and equipment.
• Meet client KPI’s and safety standards.
• Mentor Supervisors and oversee performance.
• Plan daily work and assign duties.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
