Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts in Lithia Springs, USA. The role partners with the Operations Manager to optimize labor, space, equipment and manpower while delivering safety, quality, and cost objectives.

You will mentor Supervisors, manage planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring SOP compliance and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, or relevant environment
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience leading complex operations with multiple teams or shifts; Advanced MHE knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts and larger teams
• Plan workload and support continuous improvement
• Coach Supervisors and lead team members
• Coordinate with Operations Management for staffing and workload forecasting
• Identify operational risks and implement action plans
• Ensure SOPs, safety standards and quality requirements are followed
• Drive productivity, service, safety and financial KPIs
• Support audits and compliance reviews
