Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Forklift training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities to meet productivity goals.
• Plan labor, space utilization, and equipment with the Operations Manager.
• Develop and implement procedures for safe and cost-effective operation.
• Manage HR tasks including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure KPI targets and quality standards are met.
