Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex operations, multiple teams, or shifts.
• Forklift training certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and supervise multiple shifts or larger teams.
• Manage labor scheduling, space utilization, and manpower.
• Drive productivity, safety, and cost KPIs.
• Mentor Supervisors and lead team members.
• Coordinate with Operations Management for planning and staffing.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
