Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex operations with multiple teams or shifts; advanced MHE knowledge and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts and larger teams.
• Coach, mentor, and guide Supervisors and lead team members.
• Plan workload, staffing, space, and equipment to meet KPIs.
• Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements are followed.
• Communicate performance and risks to senior leadership and clients.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and workforce planning.
• Assist in audits, compliance reviews, and operational risk management.
