Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound, outbound, and product slotting activities. You will manage labor scheduling, space utilization, and customer communications to meet service and cost objectives.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to SOPs while maintaining safety and quality standards in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and product slotting activities daily.
• Plan labor scheduling and space utilization to meet goals.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Ensure safe and cost-effective operations aligned with SOPs.
