Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communications daily.
• Plan labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower.
• Hire and train staff; conduct performance appraisals and address issues.
• Ensure operations meet safety, quality and KPI targets and align with SOPs.
