Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in logistics, distribution, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff meetings to review daily and weekly work activities.
• Keeps management and client representatives informed of issues impacting service, safety, or cost.
• Leads larger, multi-shift, or higher-complexity operations.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to Supervisors and lead team members.
• Partners with Operations Management for staffing and workload forecasting.
• Identifies operational risks and develops action plans.
• Ensures SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements are followed.
• Drives productivity, service, safety, and KPI achievement.
• Supports cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Acts as escalation point for complex employee relations/operational issues.
• Participates in workforce planning and talent development.
• Supports implementation of new processes, systems, or client requirements.
• Communicates with senior leadership on performance and risks.
• Reviews operational data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Supports audits, compliance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Assists in physical operations as needed to ensure service continuity.
