US Foods is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse to drive a safety-first, cost-conscious warehouse culture. You will coach Warehouse Managers, oversee staff, and ensure safe, accurate receiving and loading while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include leading production flow improvements, staff development, and adherence to OSHA/HACCP regulations. The role requires five years of supervisory experience and a strong focus on people development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead achievement of safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and policy training.
• Develop warehouse associates through performance discussions and development plans.
• Maintain open communication to ensure efficient workflow and staff alignment.
• Manage staffing, interviewing, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop production flow processes and cost-reduction strategies while maintaining safety.
