Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of warehouse management experience leading union hourly warehouse employees.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Travel up to 10% for mandatory meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure a injury-free workplace and promote a safety-first culture.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching, training, policy adherence, and performance discussions.
• Direct and supervise workflow to ensure accurate orders and timely loading onto trucks.
• Schedule shifts and designate dock locations for inbound/outbound activity; ensure FIFO stock placement.
• Monitor performance metrics and address gaps through coaching and corrective action.
