Job summary

US Foods is a leading foodservice distributor seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a safety‑driven team, ensuring safe, accurate and timely receiving, storage and loading of products. You will guide operations, coach staff, and uphold US Foods values while controlling costs.

The role requires hands‑on leadership and a strong background in warehouse operations, with the ability to analyze performance data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every US Foods associate remains injury free, always.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching, training on policy and procedures, and addressing performance gaps.
• Direct and supervise the work and productivity of associates within the warehouse department.
• Drive associate engagement and retention, and embody US Foods values.
• Lead and direct associates to achieve accurate orders and prepare them for shipping.
• Monitor operations and drive corrective actions to meet performance targets.
• Schedule shifts and manage inventory to ensure availability for shipping and receiving.
