Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and policy training.
• Oversee and develop all warehouse associates and drive engagement.
• Optimize production flow and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure on-time loading of shipments.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe operation.
• In union facilities, assist HR and VP Operations with collective bargaining matters.
