Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse in Menomonee Falls, WI to lead a safety‑driven, cost‑effective warehouse operation. You will coach Warehouse Managers, develop staff, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and outbound loading with a focus on zero‑defect performance.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, and adherence to regulatory standards. Strong leadership, communication, and data‑driven decision making are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and training.
• Develop and engage warehouse associates and address performance gaps.
• Build high-performing teams and monitor staffing, productivity, and safety targets.
• Identify process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, loading plans, and compliance with weight restrictions.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain equipment in safe condition.
